- Always smile, whether in person, on the phone or in writing, customers can feel positive energy
- There are no problems, only opportunities
- Remember who is paying the bill and treat them well, especially if you want them to come back
- Always be professional, even in the hardest of times
- Repeat business is always easier than trying to get new customers
- Don’t fight with the customer; you will only lose.
- No one is irreplaceable, neither you as an employee or your customer’s business
- Always compliment your customer
- Quality comes first
- It's not what you say, it's how you say it
